Inspired by his own hydration practices, Brady’s water intake is substantial. He reportedly consumes up to 37 cups of water per day, recognizing the vital role hydration plays in overall health and performance. Brady’s recommendation is to drink at least half of one’s body weight in ounces of water daily, adjusting the quantity based on activity levels. In addition to water, he incorporates protein shakes and his own TB12 brand fluids into his hydration routine, ensuring adequate replenishment. Previously he told Forbes that he “Drinks up to 37 cups of water every day. I drink a lot of water. I think that’s really important for me. I think hydration is one of the most important things for anyone, but especially for athletes.” He does prefer protein shakes and other fluids, preferably his brand ‘TB12’ products.

While keeping the body hydrated, can reduce the level of toxins & inflammation, by increasing pliability and enhancing energy. Notably, some research also suggests for a healthy person it could cause hyponatremia, where the sodium level significantly drops in the blood.

To maintain some healthy fruit & vegetable intake, he does not eat nightshade vegetables like tomatoes, strawberries, aubergines, and oranges. Even, Brady never liked strawberries, since his childhood, causing him smelly & strange, until he tasted them in 2018. Meanwhile, he eats mostly organic plant-based, having characteristics’ of alkalizing and anti-inflammatory. He is supposed to balance the pH levels by consuming anti-inflammatory diets, which increase health and endurance.
