“He Obviously Wants To Play…”: After a Successful Run With Dallas Cowboys, Cooper Rush Goes Candid on QB1 Dak Prescott

The Dallas Cowboys impact player, Cooper Rush, is happy about the progress made by their star QB, Dak Prescott. Rush said the 29-year-old will play whenever he was ready. Cooper has been the backbone of the Cowboys after Prescott suffered an injury in the 19-3 loss, against the Buccaneers.

After the loss, the Cowboys made a grand comeback, winning four games consecutively. Rush had a significant role in all four victories. However, the #4 QB spoke about how Prescott’s presence helped the team in the new season. “He has helped tremendously, our room, myself, and everyone else. On the sidelines, he’s bringing energy. It’s just who he is as a person, our leader. He obviously wants to play, and whenever he’s ready, he will,” Rush said.

When will Dak Prescott make a return?

The top QB threw passes on Wednesday, but is a doubtful starter for the Sunday game against the Eagles. However, it was for the first time he practiced hard after the surgery. Prescott underwent surgery after injuring his right thump. A timeline for his return is not ready. The star campaigner will miss his fifth straight game, if he fails to make the cut on Sunday.

Talking after the session, Prescott said, he felt great while adding the media to ask the receivers about his throws. Earlier, there was a solid debate as to who will feature on the team, when Dak Prescott is fully recovered. The coach Mike McCarthy categorically said they are preparing to play Prescott against the Eagles.
