On 7th April 2023, Christian McCaffrey popped the big question to Supermodel Olivia Culpo. The couple has been dating since May 2019, and after four years of togetherness, Culpo felt agitated at McCaffrey’s attitude. But what did the young RB do? Let’s find out.

It was July 2019, when Christian McCaffrey was spotted taking a vacation with Supermodel Olivia Culpo. The couple initially met through Instagram as the RB liked a picture of Culpo, and soon the two love birds hit it off. Soon after that Culpo became a regular at every single McCaffrey game. Their love for each other soon spiraled onto social media as the couple often put up appreciative posts for each other. It was evident that something was cooking, and the rumors turned out to be the absolute truth.

However, Culpo wasn’t as pleased with McCaffrey’s behavior prior to the engagement and even spoke on his seemingly ‘uninterested’ attitude. “I tried to hint at what I wanted and he was just so uninterested,” Culpo shared while pointing to the ring. Olivia Culpo had repeatedly hinted to McCaffrey that she was ready to be proposed to but RB just wasn’t taking the bait. Instead, McCaffrey had his moment planned out.

Christian McCaffrey hails from a sporting family and intends to keep up with the tradition. Recently, McCaffrey was asked if he would want his future kids to play sports, and the 49ers RB came prepared with a response.

“I would love it if my kids played sports, But my parents never pressured us to play sports. I think that would be the same thing,” expressed McCaffrey.

McCaffrey’s father, Ed McCaffrey, is a former wide receiver who played in the NFL for thirteen seasons and won three Super Bowl rings during his tenure in the League. His mother is the daughter of Dave Sime, someone who once held the title of the fastest man in America. Growing up, McCaffrey’s parents instilled a sense of competitive spirit in him, and the RB has similar aspirations for his kids in the future, something which might surprise Olivia Culpo all over again.
