After suffering a PCL Grade 2 sprain, the Baltimore Ravens QB Lamar Jackson has not made an appearance on the field since the week 13 game against the Denver Broncos. And after not being able to finalize a contract with the QB post the 2022 season, things still seem murky between the Ravens and the quarterback. The Ravens have a deadline till next Tuesday to franchise tag Jackson, to give him a contract for next season. Ravens HC made it clear that the team still needs the quarterback as an important piece of their team.

According to the Baltimore Ravens HC John Harbaugh, Jackson is an irreplaceable part of their team. Furthermore, a social media post states that the Ravens are communicating with Jackson to come to a final conclusion to this saga. John Harbaugh stated, “He’s my quarterback. He’s my guy. Our plans are with Lamar.”
