This offseason has created history in the NFL. The Philadelphia Eagles have signed their QB Jalen Hurts on a $255 million contract extension in the final year of his rookie deal. This makes hurts the highest-paid NFL player in NFL history. Hurts has been continuously progressing in terms of his performance on the field with each game. After being drafted by the Eagles in the 2020 draft, Hurts has proved his worth in gold for the franchise on numerous occasions. Hurts has signed a five-year $255 million contract extension with the Eagles. The deal also includes $179.304 million in guaranteed money. While Hurts’ stellar performance over the past two years is the reason for him landing one of the biggest contracts in the NFL, his all-women management team is also a contributing factor, as they relentlessly worked to ensure the QB gets what he deserves.

Hurts is primarily represented by his agent Nicole Lynn, who is also the President of football operations for the Klutch Sports Group. She herself sent a DM to the QB as his college career came to an end. And Hurts ended up signing her as his agent. Apart from Lynn. his management consists of all women from the Klutch Sports Group. Lynn is joined by Chantal Romain, Shakeemah Simmons- Winter, Jenna Malphrus, and Rachel Everett. All of these women handle the various aspects of communication and strategy.

The dual-threat QB has led his team to a Super Bowl LVII contention against the Kansas City Chiefs. His performance at the Super Bowl also earned him a great deal of recognition. He became the first player ever to throw for 300 passing yards in a game. Apart from this, he also beat Steve McNair’s Super Bowl record in terms of rushing yards by a QB.
