The defensive tackle continued, “Definitely excited to play him this year. I’m going to have a lot to say. Hopefully, I don’t get too wild with it, but I don’t understand how you could say that when you have people blocking for you who are black, catching balls from you who are black and people that are running the ball for you who are black.”

Jackson is referring to Brees’ own teammates who lashed out at him over his comments. These included Malcolm Jenkins, Emmanuel Sanders, and Michael Thomas.

The Eagles DT, who signed with the team last year, is yet to feature properly after suffering an injury against The Redskins in the first week last season. As a result of his comments, Eagles fans will be delighted as they know the Super Bowl 50 winner will put in the offseason efforts in order to be a starter come the fall.
