But recently, the family is going through a tough time as his grandmother is fighting sickness in the hospital. Patrick’s mother, Randi Mahomes, took to social media to update fans about the disheartening situation the family is going through.

After Randi Mahomes recently updated fans about how her mother is fighting a tough battle in the hospital, the NFL world sent their prayers and blessings to the Mahomes family to get out of this troubling time. Randi tweeted, “Prayers for my mom she’s very sick and at the hospital.”

A few days after this tweet, Randi Mahomes tweeted again on Sunday stating, “This is the day the lord has made.” Fans showed their concerns about grandma Debbie’s health in the replies to the tweet.

Apart from the health scare of Patrick Mahomes’ grandmother, the family is going through other troubled times. Patrick’s brother Jackson Mahomes, who is no stranger to controversies, recently found himself in troubled waters yet again.

A time of turmoil for Patrick Mahomes and his family

The past few weeks have been troublesome altogether for the Mahomes family. Apart from grandma Debbie being sick in the hospital, Jackson Mahomes has found himself in the midst of another controversy. The brother of Patrick Mahomes has been accused of assaulting a server at a restaurant and also forcibly kissing the owner. 

While the police are conducting their investigation on the matter, the Mahomes family has not officially released any comments on the events that unfolded. There is video evidence available as well of Jackson trying to forcibly kiss the older woman, who is also the owner of the restaurant. While the family deals with these troubled times, Patrick will be preparing for another Super Bowl-worthy performance in the upcoming 2023 NFL season.
