The Manning Passing Academy traces its roots back 27 years when Archie Manning and his sons Eli, Peyton, and Cooper launched the endeavor at Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, LA. The four-day American football clinic, held annually, draws aspiring quarterbacks but also running backs, wide receivers, and tight ends.

This generational project of Mannings in refining skills and instilling values has cemented its place in the Manning family’s legacy. Moreover, apart from their off-field prowess, Mannings’ on-field prowess is to be credited for their academy’s success.

The Manning family’s journey through the NFL annals has been nothing short of remarkable. Archie Manning wedded to Olivia Manning, paved a path that would lay the foundation for a football legacy. The couple’s three sons, Cooper, Peyton, and Eli, each carved their own memorable mark on the sport. Peyton Manning, the eldest, amassed an 18-year NFL career highlighted by two Super Bowl victories and an unprecedented five NFL MVP awards.

Peyton’s inclusion into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2021 solidified his status as one of the game’s all-time greats. Younger brother Eli Manning mirrored his success, clinching two Super Bowl titles in 2008 and 2012, with MVP honors in both games. Meanwhile, Cooper’s son, Arch, is already making waves as the top-rated high school quarterback of the class of 2023. Following spinal stenosis, Cooper ended his football career before high school. However, as Mannings continues to shine in the NFL books, their family legacy works as a testament to pave their generational successes in the NFL.
