On Christmas Day, Tom Brady was under dire pressure. The Buccaneers were bleeding wins and needed to clinch wins to keep their playoff dreams secure. Tampa Bay picked up the win against the Arizona Cardinals in the Week 16 Christmas game. But TB12 looked like he was in a hurry. The QB1 summed up his post-game media appearance in just 120 seconds. 

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers arrived in Glendale, Arizona, to pick up a much-needed win. Both teams had a relatively slow start and had the same points in all four quarters. The game eventually went into overtime, and Tampa Bay clinched the game. The Pewter Pirates kept their postseason hopes alive with a comeback OT win.

But after the game, Tom Brady seemed to be in a hurry. The Buccaneers quarterback arrived at the post-game media conference and opened by saying, “Nice and quick.” The Pharaoh meant it, as he left the podium in 120 seconds. The media scrum video shared by the franchise on YouTube summed up in two minutes.

Brady’s plans for Christmas are not the usual ones from the past. It would mark the first time that he would be without his family. He admitted in the Let’s Go! Podcast about spending the divine eve in a hotel. Brady’s ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen, is vacationing with his family. Since QB1 committed for Week 16, he would have to wait until the next day to spend time with his kids.

Despite the woes, Tampa Bay could make an overtime comeback in Week 16. But what are the chances of the Buccaneers clinching the division and making it into the postseason?

What are the odds for the Bucs to enter the playoffs?

While the Week 16 clash did not look pretty, the Buccaneers rallied over the Cardinals. The franchise is closing in on clinching the NFC South title and making it into the playoffs. Tampa Bay’s dominance in its division appears to be miraculous. But they still have two games remaining in the regular season.

Fox Sports’ Greg Auman pointed out that the Buccaneers could clinch the NFC South after winning over their divisional rivals, the Panthers. Even if the Buccaneers lose to Carolina, they could still clinch the division if they defeat the Falcons in Week 18 and the Cardiac Cats lose to New Orleans. If the Panthers win their division, the Buccaneers could become a wild card at 8-9.
