Ever since Twitter’s new CEO assumed office with a $44 billion acquisition, things have changed for the tech giant. The one agenda that caught everyone’s attention was charging $8 for verification badges, and even high-profile celebrities criticized the move, claiming it could affect the ecosystem.

Meanwhile, the NFL quarterback Aaron Rodgers viewed his opinion on this issue. During his buildup before the Titans game, Rodgers was asked if he would alter his Twitter activities amid the ongoing changes in the company.

However, the Ravens’ Defensive End Calais Campbell feels that platforms like Twitter introduce immense opportunities for a person to vocalize his opinions without fear. According to him, it helps the athletes to speak on vivid issues. “As social media is taking a role (to) give players a voice to be heard,” Campbell said in one of the past interviews.

“For the most part, I really think social media has given players the chance to communicate directly to the fan base and to be heard on issues that really impact them,” he added. So what do you think? Is it a boon or a bane? Will the new Twitter policies positively impact people’s lives?
