Before winning Super Bowl 57, the Chiefs‘ tight end Travis Kelce faced a lot of allegations regarding his split with his ex-girlfriend, Kayla Nicole. As per various reports, Kelce and Nicole broke up due to financial reasons, which portrayed the TE as a “cheap” person. However, in ‘The Pivot Podcast’, Kelce denied all those allegations. However, it is not just the TE who received hate due to his relationship. Kelce’s ex-girlfriend opened up about the dark side of their relationship, which made her teary-eyed for real.

During the ‘Relationsh*t’ podcast, Nicole talked about the racial aspect of her relationship with Kelce, as she was dating a man from a different culture. It is worth noting that Kelce and Nicole started dating in 2017, which lasted around five years.

Nicole opens up about receiving hate comments for dating Travis Kelce

In the podcast, Host, Model, and Influencer, Kayla Nicole got really emotional when she talked about receiving some unethical comments on her social media posts with Kelce. “I have cried like real tears when Travis (Kelce) and I first started dating… he would be like ‘just don’t post us no more’. Literally, that became the solution, like just don’t do it. Because I could not take it. I’m like, I could not understand… I could get emotional talking about it now,“ Nicole said.

At first, she could not believe those comments came from her own community. “I could not understand how black people, real black people, real humans could say those things to me. Especially because it’s like I don’t feel that way, I don’t think I’m any better for dating a white man. I don’t think less of black men because I’m dating a white man,” she further said.

Later, she also made a joke about it, saying, “I love y’all the same, I wish y’all would act right; I will date all y’all. (laughs).“

Kelce is now enjoying his single life

During ‘The Pivot Podcast’, Kelce announced that he was single again and enjoying his life. “I’m in the free market right now. I’m out there just enjoying life, focused on my profession,” Kelce said in the podcast.

Notably, Kelce recently hosted the SNL and reportedly partied all night with the cast members. Before that, he was with his teammates, including Patrick Mahomes in Las Vegas, partying all night. Certainly, Kelce is enjoying his life at the moment after winning the Super Bowl, and it looks like he is getting into a relationship any time soon.
