During a recent appearance on the Dan Patrick Show, Brady reveals how he decided to come back next season. The Buccaneers QB states, “We had quite a bit of time together. And I think mostly when I kind of told the team, look, like you know guys gotta make plans without me…Then time went by, and you just get super competitive. I think I’m part crazy. I mean, I think that’s the reality. Forty-five years old, and I’m out here with a lot of young guys that are trying to take my head off.”

However, he also states that it is on the verge of ending soon and appears ready for his next steps. The former Patriots QB is coming off a stunning NFL season while throwing the football for more yards than ever in his career.
