‘I Want That Gravy’ – Amari Cooper Hopeful to Feature for Dallas Cowboys in Next Preseason Tie

Dallas Cowboys receiver Amari Cooper resumed practice after being sidelined for the whole of the offseason and three weeks of training camp. Cooper was signed off the physically unable to perform list for the Dallas Cowboys, although he is yet to regain full fitness after his ankle injuries.
Amari Cooper is just a week into regaining his fitness and is still testing out his ankle after the surgery. Unfazed by the two ankle injuries in 20201 Cooper is raring to go full throttle for the Cowboys in the pre-season games.

Cooper said “I would really have to run the full route tree” when asked how his ankle is doing in the training. He feels there is still a lot left for him to do on his road to recovery. “When I was a 100%, I did everything. I ran every route. Some things on the football field are harder to do than others. I haven’t really done the more challenging aspects of my position yet,” he added as per PFT.

Recovering from a surgery takes time although it repairs the ankle and helps regain mobility. Bone inflammation is something Amari Cooper is still struggling with after the ankle injury. Copper has been practicing with the Cowboys ever since he came off the PUP list. He did lighter work on Tuesday after a padded practice on the previous day.
