Gisele Bündchen was the model in the 2000s that every brand wanted on their line-up. Her tall frame and unique walk made her the supermodel that she is today. Bündchen was the it-girl of that era. No wonder the former runway beauty has many admirers. One such admirer of hers is the reality TV star and billionaire, Kim Kardashian.

In a recent video of Kim Kardashian, she showed the viewers her collection with the Italian fashion clothing company, Dolce & Gabbana. While showing the pieces, she landed on a crystal bra. The Brazilian model wore it as she led the D&G show in 2000.

“Who doesn’t remember Gisele wearing this bra? I think I was in college and all I wanted to do was save up for this little bra,” recalled Kim K as she held the mesh bra and recalled Gisele Bündchen in it. As Kim Kardashian launched her collection with the luxury clothing brand, she did not forget about the iconic model who strutted their stuff on the runways.

Gisele Bündchen revives her career

After she retired from runway modeling in 2015, the supermodel decided to focus on her family and give time to her children. Bündchen shared two children, a son, and a daughter, with her NFL superstar husband, Tom Brady. Now, because of their marital issues, the world-renowned model is keen on relaunching her career. The 42-year-old does not particularly enjoy runway walks. However, she finds working on sets with photographers and stylists better.

Now, she takes on work from brands that are environmentally sensitive. As that is one of the fields she extensively put her hard work in.

La Bündchen talked about ageing in the fashion industry. She said, “When you’re in your twenties, you try to fit in and you try to belong. When you’re in your forties, you feel more comfortable in your skin. I feel like I have only gotten stronger with time, and that’s in all [aspects] of my life.”
