She added, “When I showed up for jobs, some people would make comments, indirectly or more pointedly.” In order to stop the comments and go back to how she used to look, Bündchen resorted to surgery to enhance her breasts. But that did not go as she expected.
Bündchen regretted her choice but eventually made the best of her platform

Penning down her regrets, Gisele Bündchen came to the realization that going under the knife did nothing to make her feel like her old self. The model emphasized that once she was done with the surgery she could no longer recognize her body.

She added, “I became uncomfortable with the size of my breasts. I felt angry and depressed. Why did I do this to myself?” The model also spoke of how this decision was led by her need to please others. But in the years that followed she turned her attention to the issues she was passionate about instead of focusing on what others had to say. Needless to say, that catapulted her into making a difference where it mattered the most.
