For Green Bay Packers fans, this offseason was nothing short of a rollercoaster. Ever since news of Aaron Rodgers wanting to leave the franchise first broke out, the fanbase was on a knife-edge.
With uncertainty growing as each day passed more trouble besieged the Packers as star wideout Davante Adams called off contract extension talks. But luckily for the Packers, both Rodgers and Adams are returning for 2021.
As soon as word got out that Aaron Rodgers was returning to Green Bay, albeit for perhaps one last season, Adams too said he’d be willing to have a word about his new contract.

With Rodger’s future still unclear, what impact it would have on the team and the quarterback himself. But the QB allayed those fears by providing some reassuring words for Packers fans.

Rodgers further said that his love for the sport and his teammates brought him back on the field. And also all the fun that comes along with practicing.

“You know, me, you know what I’m all about. I love my teammates, love competing and I do love practice. I love to go out and give it to the young corner when I can. And get after these guys talk a little smack,” said Rodgers with a smile on his face.
For Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers to mend ways, a lot of work needs to be done. A patch job at best, the current agreement between the two parties will see the QB remain till the end of next season.
