The supermodel divorced Tom Brady after 13 years of marriage. This came after Brady’s return to the NFL, which didn’t exactly make Bündchen happy. On top of that, she had to take care of her ailing parents. Coming to the reality of her post-divorce life, Bündchen had to change her lifestyle to a healthier one to be more present for her children.

In an interview with People Magazine, Bündchen spoke about how quitting alcohol had made a major shift in her life. According to the supermodel, her sleep schedule had become much more balanced, which led her to achieve the mental clarity that she had been missing for years. She also revealed that she began meditating and indulged in self-care through practices like yoga, a regular exercise routine, and a balanced diet.

“When I’m not drinking, I’m sleeping much better. You have to be loving to yourself. You ask a lot of your body; you’ve got to do a reset. You have got to take care of this only vehicle you got, right?” mentioned Bündchen.

She also revealed that she had suffered from anxiety and depression since her early 20s which made her turn to vices like smoking and drinking. The supermodel recently joined with Gaia Herbs as a wellness ambassador to promote a healthy lifestyle. Also, her various business ventures and endorsements keep her busy enough.

Bündchen’s has a long to-do list

The supermodel recently endorsed a 155-year-old luxury watch company IWC Shchaffhausen as an Environmental and Community Projects advisor, a role that Tom Brady also had at some point in his career. Not only this, but she also recently collaborated with a Brazil-based giant C6 Bank. She recently paired up with Louis Vuitton and was also announced as the face of Jimmy Choo as well.

Apart from her ties with the fashion industry, the supermodel is now focused on Gaia Herbs to promote a more holistic approach toward life. It is safe to say that Bündchen has shifted her priorities to focus on her kids and her parents and help people live a life of abundance.
