Utah Athletics took to their Twitter account, to share the momentous news by writing, “We have set an all-time attendance record at Rice-Eccles Stadium of 53,644!! Breaking the old record of 53,609 vs. USC in 2022!

Moreover,  the Utah Utes emerged victorious on this historic night. Their triumph in front of a record-breaking crowd added an indelible chapter to the books of collegiate football history.

Utah Utes shines at a historic moment

In a clash where the Utah Utes faced off against the Florida Gators, football enthusiasts witnessed a game that will be etched in the annals of college football history. Despite the absence of their star quarterback, Cameron Rising, the No. 14-ranked Utah Utes demonstrated their prowess against the Gators. The game concluded with a score of 24-11 victory in favor of the Utes. The showdown began with a bang as Utah’s Bryson Barnes connected with Money Parks for a stunning 70-yard touchdown on their very first play from scrimmage. The Gators attempted to mount a comeback but were hindered by a series of penalties and missed opportunities.
