In a documentary series, Tom vs Time on Facebook Watch, the legendary star reveals some of his strategies before heading into a matchup.
“You only have so much energy and the clock’s ticking on all of us. And when you say yes to something, you gotta say no to something else,” said the legend. The superstar also pointed out how he keeps his mental spirit high despite missing his family and children during the games. “What are you willing to do and what are you willing to give up to be the best you can be? In the end, my life is focused on football. It always has been and it always will be as long as I am playing,” said the NFL titan. A veteran of 23 seasons, TB12 is keen on holding on to two of his favorite passions, NFL and family. The future Hall of Famer attends practice, studies videos of opponents, and holds meetings with other QBs. Sometimes he sleeps late as he needs time to prepare for the battles.“You try to eliminate as many things you don’t need to do as possible to focus on what you’ve done every week the entire season,” said Brady.
The NFL GOAT starts preparing for his opponents a week after the previous session ends. He is often the first one to prepare for the meetings.
