After the contest, the MVP candidate posted a Tweet. But it did not talk about the thumping win or numbers. Even his wife, Brittany Mahomes, posted the same tweet. The tweet spoke about the NWSL Championship playoff game between Portland Thorns and KC. Mahomes’ partner in crime also surprised many fans. 

Seems like the Grim Reaper is excited for some soccer action.

Kansas City Chiefs back to winning ways

Kansas City Chiefs are one of the best-performing teams in the new season. Andy Reid and his men had an all-out attack game against the 49ers. They scored a combined 30 points in the second half alone. Last week, they had lost against the Bills in a close encounter. 

However, it was the Chiefs who battled all alone in a one-sided game on Sunday. The No.15 formed a dominant combo with JuJu Smith-Schuster and Travis Kelce. As a result, they gained an advantage, and the offense set marched with confidence. The former Super Bowl winners enjoy a top position in the AFC West. The Chiefs would feel more optimism as they take on the Titans in the next game. 

Patrick Mahomes is hunting for MVP

This year’s MVP race is highlighted by a host of quarterbacks. Josh Allen is the frontrunner for the spot. However, Patrick Mahomes is not behind. The 27-year-old has completed 1736 yards and recorded 17 touchdowns.
