Promising wideout CeeDee Lamb is all set to make his NFL debut in the coming weeks. The former Oklahoma Sooners man is touted as the next big thing to arrive in Dallas. He was given the much-talked-about 88 number jersey which was previously worn by some of the best wide receivers in Dallas.

Lamb was a player in demand when he announced that he would forgo his senior season and declared for the 2020 NFL draft. He completed 1,300+ receiving yards for Oklahoma and made 14 receiving TDs as well in 2019. He is expected to help the Cowboys push for a Super Bowl title this season.

“Definitely to win the Super Bowl. I would love to win one of those big boys. First-year, obviously that’s a tough task with all the great teams, everybody that’s in the league right now. But I feel like it’s definitely, it’s a reachable goal. I feel like if we work hard enough, consistently, and do what we have to do, handle business, it can be done. So overall it’s definitely win a ship,” Lamb said in an interview.

Lamb further spoke about how new Cowboys head coach, Mike McCarthy, resembles Oklahoma Sooners boos, Lincoln Riley.

“I’m still trying to figure that out, I asked myself that a couple of days ago. I don’t know. They’re actually kind of the same type of coach to me just because I feel like they’re both offensive-minded. And they’re very creative with their plays, it’s fascinating.”

“Just being around Coach McCarthy lately, he’s, he’s great, he’s a team, he’s a player’s coach. It’s hard for his players not to love him. He does a great job of spending time and understanding each problem that we need to solve as a team or picking out anything that we feel that we need to work on,” Lamb added.

Lamb will be pushing for a starting spot this weekend when the Cowboys play Los Angeles Rams. Mike McCarthy’s boys will travel away to the brand new SoFi Stadium in Week One. They will look to get off to a flying start this year with one eye on the Super Bowl trophy for sure.
