They looked in fine form as they beat Los Angeles Rams by a 20-30 scoreline in the NFC Divisional Round Playoffs. However, the Packers lost to eventual winners Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

For the second successive year, Rodgers and Co. bowed out in the NFC Championship Game, following a 26-31 loss to the Bucs.

Former Green Bay Packers wide receiver James Jones won the Super Bowl while playing for the franchise. He shared a dressing room with Aaron Rodgers. In a recent interview, Jones spoke about the Rodgers-Packers standoff which is affecting their preseason prep.

“I speak with Aaron all the time, I talk to him a lot. I think it’s fixable. It’s all about making sure that you’re putting the team in the best situation to win some championships.

“Aaron has watched some key guys leave out of this locker room that’s not only beneficial on the field but is huge in the locker room as well. He wants to make sure everybody is on the same page,” Jones said via the USA Today’s Packerswire website.

The 37-year-old threw for 4,300+ passing yards with 50+ passing touchdowns (including Playoffs) in 2020. He is reportedly a wanted man by the Denver Broncos and the Las Vegas Raiders ahead of the 2021 NFL season.
