According to recent reports, former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Terry Bradshaw is willing to sell his massive Oklahoma-based ranch to the right buyer. Notably, Bradshaw had a buyer earlier, but they failed with the transaction process.

Now, the 744-acre ranch is back on the market once again and its current value is around $22.5 million. The four-time Super Bowl champion took more than a decade to build this massive place. In a recent interview, the former Steelers QB revealed the reason why he is selling this ranch.

In a statement, the Hall of Famer football player said, “Tammy (Bradshaw) and I are both sad to leave this great big ranch and our wonderful home which has been our idyllic retreat of so many years, however, it is time that we slowed down a little, freeing us up to travel more, as well as enjoy new grandchildren, family, and other interests.“

It is worth noting that the ranch has eight lakes, cattle pens, horse stables, riding trails, and livestock breeding facilities. The main house has 8,600 square feet of living space, which consists of six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, a kitchen, a bar, a fire pit, and a sauna. The house also has wooden ceilings and wooden paneling and looks stunning.
