“It Is Time That We Slowed Down a Little”: Ailing NFL Megastar Terry Bradshaw Ready to Sell $22.5 Million Ranch, That Spawns 744-Acre in Oklahoma

According to recent reports, former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Terry Bradshaw is willing to sell his massive Oklahoma-based ranch to the right buyer. Notably, Bradshaw had a buyer earlier, but they failed with the transaction process.

Now, the 744-acre ranch is back on the market once again and its current value is around $22.5 million. The four-time Super Bowl champion took more than a decade to build this massive place. In a recent interview, the former Steelers QB revealed the reason why he is selling this ranch.

Terry Bradshaw talks about selling his 744-acre ranch

In a statement, the Hall of Famer football player said, Tammy (Bradshaw) and I are both sad to leave this great big ranch and our wonderful home which has been our idyllic retreat of so many years, however, it is time that we slowed down a little, freeing us up to travel more, as well as enjoy new grandchildren, family, and other interests.

It is worth noting that the ranch has eight lakes, cattle pens, horse stables, riding trails, and livestock breeding facilities. The main house has 8,600 square feet of living space, which consists of six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, a kitchen, a bar, a fire pit, and a sauna. The house also has wooden ceilings and wooden paneling and looks stunning.

Moreover, they also have a swimming pool and a spa room just outside the main house. Apart from the main house, the ranch also has a 2,600-square-foot four-bedroom bunkhouse, where guests can stay. This ranch is also perfect for animal owners; people can bring their animals and they can roam freely. Additionally, you can also do a lot of extra-curricular activities.

Bradshaw was the original TB12

During his tenure with the Pittsburgh Steelers, where he played 14 seasons, he won 4 Super Bowl titles. Also, the quarterback used to wear no.12 on his jersey and fans called him TB12. In 1983, the legendary quarterback retired from professional football.

A year later, he started working as a broadcaster, and since then; he has been working as one. However, recently, the 74-year-old former NFL quarterback has been struggling with health issues. Many fans showed genuine concern for him, as he is on the verge of his broadcasting retirement as well.
