It’s been almost 2 weeks now since Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen announced their separation to the world. Now, it seems like both of them are moving on with their lives well, particularly Bündchen. Notably, Brady’s ex-wife was recently seen in Costa Rica having dinner with a man named Joaquim Valente.

According to reports, Valente is a martial arts teacher, and he specializes in jiu-jitsu. In a recent interview with Dust Magazine, Bündchen revealed how she met the martial arts instructor amidst dating rumors.

Talking to the Dust Magazine, Bündchen said, “I have always been a seeker and curious person who always wants to dive deeper… It’s actually because of my son that I met Joaquim. I have a friend who told me about the Valent brothers and their martial art school, and since I wanted to steer my almost teenage son in the right direction, I thought he might be interested in it.”

It is worth noting that Bündchen also learned jiu-jitsu from Valente. Previously, she shared a video on Instagram thanking the Valente brothers for teaching her self-defense in the form of martial arts. In the caption of the video, she talked about feeling empowered, strong, and confident after learning martial arts.

As she said earlier, she wanted her son Benjamin to learn all this; instead, she really got into it. Speaking about it, she said, “Initially, I wasn’t even considering it for myself, to be honest with you… But, when I bought [Ben] into the first class, and started talking with Joaquim, I realized it was much more than self-defense.“

Now it seems like she found herself more than a self-defense teacher, as they are allegedly dating Joaquim Valente. There were plenty of photographs of them together in Costa Rica, where Bündchen was staying during her problems with Brady.

Speaking of Brady, after the divorce, he also seemingly found his rhythm, as his team the Tampa Bay Buccaneers also won two back-to-back matches. Moreover, Brady’s performance also improved dramatically in the last two games. Against the Rams, he threw 280 yards for one touchdown, and against the Seahawks, he threw 258 yards for 2 touchdowns.

During the first half of the season, their chances of qualifying for the playoffs were not great for the Bucs. At the same time, Brady was also struggling with his personal life.
