The Steelers are currently 1-2 going into the Week 4 of NFL. In addition to a disappointing start, the fashion of these losses has also unleashed an outcry from the Steeler Nation. Even though the fans are frustrated, the new quarterback in town, Mitch Trubisky, has pretty much blocked all the noise. Following his recent comments, the fan base has gone into a frenzy.
With the player defending his quality teammates and staff, one fan pointed out what he thinks the problem is with the offense
With all due respect besides the Diontae drop you have to make plays it’s you not the O-line protection has been good and receivers are open it’s just you Mitch!

This other fan thinks that Trubisky is simply ‘uninspiring’

Furthermore, defending players around him and his one fan had this to ask

The fans are fuming with what they saw against the New England Patriots and recently against the Cleveland Browns. Browns played the black and gold on Thursday night football. Initially, getting off to a decent start, Pittsburgh was leading 14-13 going into the 2nd half. However, what happened in the 3rd and 4th quarters were a different story. Failing to score until very late in the last quarter, the offense simply folded. Looking at some of the plays by Trubisky and his peers, it’s clear to say a lot of plays weren’t executed well. A general lack of identity and unity was plaguing the offense.
In the end, the Steelers lost to the Browns with a score of 17-29.
Should Mitch Trubisky be dropped for Kenny Pickett?
Following the statement, one fan has come asking for a change.
I’m not a Canada fan but guys are getting open and Mitch isnt throwing them the ball. Either he needs to grow a set and make the plays or put Pickett in and let him grow with the young offense.

Many fans in the Steeler Nation are calling for the team to drop Trubisky. And the Pittsburgh Steelers seem to have their man as well. They drafted Kenny Pickett in the first round of the NFL draft 2022 with the 20th overall pick. The former Pitt Panther’s quarterback is an exciting prospect.
The player ended his college career as their leader in passing yards (12,303), and passing touchdowns (81). Further establishing himself as their most successful quarterback with the best winning record in their history.

It is not hard to see why fans would rather see a young Kenny Pickett develop with the offense than see Mitch Trubisky being given so many chances and not delivering. Who do you wish to see as the Steelers’ QB?
