“I’ve Seen That Look Before”: Peyton Manning Once Reacted to Brother Eli Manning’s Viral Reaction of Frowning on His Super Bowl 50 Win

Almost six years ago, Former NFL quarterback Peyton Manning played his last football game. His last year was special as he finished the season with a Super Bowl win. The whole Manning family was present and watched Peyton play his football game.

Celebrations began after the Denver Broncos won the game, but someone who shares a great relationship with Peyton was seen wearing a frowning face. It was no other than Peyton’s younger brother and former Giants QB Eli Manning.

Peyton Manning was invited on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Falon’ in 2016, where he shared the reason behind Eli’s frowning face. Peyton Manning on the show said, “Eli and I have always supported each other. I think Eli was analyzing the game and kind of into the game like I would be, as if he was playing it, and so he was just as happy. But it’s funny, when I saw that clip, Jimmy, I’ve seen that look before. I recognize that at some other big moments in my life, he kind of had that similar expression.”

Former Broncos star QB revealed that he and Eli share a good relationship. Also, Eli has always been there in the biggest moments of his life. Peyton joked whenever he had a big moment in his life, Eli welcomed him with his frowning expression.

The 48-year-old NFL legend further recalled some big moments of his life, like when he was drafted by the Indianapolis Colts 18 years ago. When Peyton became a father of twins, or when his neck was finally healed and he was ready to play the 2012 season. Peyton said that in all these big moments Eli had the same look, so he wasn’t even surprised this time.

Peyton Manning led the Denver Broncos to the Super Bowl, where they defeated Carolina Panthers by 24-10. This was Peyton’s second Super Bowl win. The first win came with the Colts in the year 2007, when they defeated Chicago Bears by 29-17.

On the other hand, Eli has also won two Super Bowls while playing for the New York Giants in the years 2008 and 2012. Both the brothers are among the legendary quarterbacks in the NFL, and both have several records to their names. Also, Eli Manning’s frowning face video became quite viral. Football fans had a good laugh while reacting to it.
