Veteran NFL quarterback Carson Wentz endured a tough outing in the league this season. Wentz threw for 2,600+ passing yards with 16 touchdowns against 15 interceptions as the Philadelphia Eagles finished at the bottom of the NFC East with a 4-11 record.

He was so poor towards the end of the season that rookie Jalen Hurts was allowed to see out the season while Wentz dropped to the bench.

Meanwhile, Sirianni and Hurts can signal the start of a new era in Philly. The pair will look to redeem their franchise and aim for the NFC East crown in 2021.

The 22-year-old quarterback has shown enough to earn a spot as a starter this season, and Eagles’ fans will hope that their young superstar can prove his doubters wrong.
