No duo has stressed defenses in the NFL like Joe Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase. Arguably, they are the greatest connection of our generation in the making. Specifically on go routes. The Next Gen Stats shows that the duo has completed 542 yards and seven touchdowns together. They lead the league in these categories. 

The most impressive performance by Chase was in Week 17. He completed 266-yard and three touchdowns in the win over the Chiefs that week. Burrow hit Chase with a 30-yard pass. It helped the Bengals set up a field goal for the win.

Joe Burrow has always warned all the defenses in the NFL. The chemistry between him and Ja’Marr Chase is uncanny. They can penetrate any defense in the league. Burrow and Chase will be a force to be reckoned with in the Super Bowl game on Sunday. It will be exciting to see what they can do against the Los Angeles Rams defense.

After the Kansas City Chiefs Week 17 game, Burrow did a press conference. During the conference, Joe joked about his mindset while playing with Ja’Marr. “Everyone knows that meme, ‘F*ck it, Ja’Marr’s down there somewhere,'” said the Bengals quarterback. “I’m gonna just throw it up to him, and he’s gonna make a play.” Burrow trusts his LSU partner so much that he can throw the ball to him blindfolded. And Chase will be there to catch it. 

“He knows exactly where the ball is gonna be, depending on the look the corner is presenting.” Nobody can move the way Ja’Marr Chase does. The partnership between the ex-LSU students is going to give the Rams a hard time. The Rams defense might need to run some extra rounds to prepare for Burrow and Chase.
