The Buffalo Bills returned to the field to face the New England Patriots on Sunday. It was their first game after the horrific incident that took place in the middle of the field when they went against the Cincinnati Bengals. Damar Hamlin suffered a cardiac arrest.

It left many players and fans heartbroken. Lead QB, Josh Allen, was seen covering his mouth and holding back tears. Since then, Hamlin’s condition has gotten better and Allen finally shed tears in front of many people. 

The Bills had been a powerful lot throughout the season as they advanced to 13-3 after winning against the unfortunate Patriots.

In a post-game conference interview, the 26-year-old became weepy as he recounted one of the most impressive plays that took place. It was the first kickoff return in three years and three months.

Josh Allen expressed his emotions as he recounted the best part of the game

It was one of the most intense weeks for the Bills. But as the physical state of Hamlin got better, and he addressed the fans on social media, the team members probably let out a breath of relief.

Allen said, “I can’t remember a play that touched me like that in my life. It’s probably No. 1. It was just spiritual. I was going around, and just something that was going around my teammates saying, ‘God’s real.’ You can’t draw that one up any better.”

The magical play helped the team

After three plays, the team picked New England’s Mac Jones and forced a three-and-out. The team can clinch the AFC’s second seed if they win Week 18.
