Patrick Mahomes Brand New Adidas Signature Shoes Sells Out in Minutes

A new and determined Kansas City Chiefs team registered a comfortable 10-17 win over Arizona Cardinals in Week 2 of the preseason. A new and improved Chiefs offensive line and defence grabbed headlines with their spirited displays. However, star quarterback Patrick Mahomes was not risked by head coach Andy Reid.

The Super Bowl LIV MVP featured in the first half but was later replaced by backup QBs – Shane Buechele and Chad Henne. Mahomes completed 10 of his 18 attempted passes, throwing for 78 yards and 1 interception.

All eyes will be on the 2018 NFL MVP as the Chiefs look to make it back to the Super Bowl and redeem themselves in 2021. However, Mahomes is in the headlines this week for a whole different reason though.

Popular sports manufacturers Adidas, in partnership with superstar QB Patrick Mahomes, released a limited edition signature collection of the above seen Mahomes IMPACT FLX collection. The German brand put the item on sale on their official website. To their surprise, the product sold out within minutes (if not seconds)!

The Chiefs quarterback previewed the sales launch last night on his Twitter feed to generate a buzz surrounding the product. Following that, fans flocked to the Adidas website on Monday afternoon and purchased these signature boots.

Mahomes and the Chiefs play their final preseason game against Minnesota Vikings at the end of August. They kickstart their 2021 NFL campaign with a home game against divisional opponents, Cleveland Browns, in Week 1.
