The Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Van Jefferson is winning life. He is the Super Bowl LVI champion along with his team the Los Angeles Rams. On top of that, Jefferson also became a dad the day they won the big game. After having a baby in some pretty unusual circumstances, VJ became the happiest man in LA.

However, after the birth of his baby boy, the wide receiver is having a hard time deciding on the name. He has two top contenders for it, but Jefferson wants it to be perfect. It is a Super Bowl baby, after all. 

The birth of Jefferson’s child

Van Jefferson was on the field for the biggest game of his life. His wife Samaira was present in the stands to support her husband. Jefferson’s baby was due at any moment. And that beautiful moment came when he was in the middle of the Super Bowl game. Samaira was rushed to the hospital while Van was making big plays for the Rams.

Odell Beckham Jr was ruled out of the game due to a knee injury. The pressure of carrying the Rams’ attack fell on Jefferson. The 25-year-old receiver played his heart out. He caught four passes for 23 yards against the Bengal. In the middle of the game, Samaira went into labor, and she was rushed to the hospital. 

The Rams won the match-up with a score of 20-23, and Van Jefferson was celebrating with his teammates. His kids came rushing towards him. The wide receiver was in the middle of celebrating the biggest win of his life.

He had no idea the celebrations were about to get even bigger. Jefferson was informed that his wife was giving birth at that moment. Jefferson rushed to the hospital with the kids and welcomed his baby boy into the world. 

Van Jefferson is yet to decide on a name for his baby

There are two names that Van Jefferson has in mind. Miles and Wynn. But the Rams receiver has not decided which one to go with. A TMZ reporter caught up with Jefferson recently, and he asked the WR if he has decided on a name yet?

Jefferson replied, “I don’t know man,” he adds, “We got two names. We’re trying to figure out the name, but we’ll get it.” The reporter then asked what is the second name? Jefferson replies, “Miles. Miles and Wynn.” 

Wynn could be a tribute to winning the Super Bowl the night the baby was born. Which name do you think will suit the baby better?
