Ever since the Denver Broncos offered their new quarterback Russell Wilson a whopping $245 million deal, fans were curiously looking for Jackson to sign a similar contract. However, there have been no official updates from the team or the quarterback.
Earlier it was Cardinals QB Kyler Murray who signed for a $230.5 million contract this offseason, but Wilson’s deal got him off the hook. Looking at the potential of this youngster compared to other veterans, Lamar Jackson is not expected to take a single penny less than his predecessors.

However, a matter of concern happens to be the reason that the 25-year-old is representing himself and has no agent to cover for him. Thus, making it more difficult for the fans to receive first-hand updates about the rumored negotiations.

No team other than the browns giving out fully guaranteed contracts. I understand your side, and respect it, but it’s time to sign a deal man. Baltimore loves you and wants you here for life. Ravens just trying to be as safe as possible after what flacco did

The Ravens must not really value him the way they should. He’s been a team leader and very productive but they’re afraid to give him a real contract. I don’t get it. Without him they’re sunk but they’re already planning for his replacement
