The last few months have been so chaotic for the Colorado football team. Deion Sanders had only one goal before taking over the team, and that was to make the CU Buffs, the most feared football team. It was also very necessary for Coach Prime to get the support he desired, and the college administration was all-in. The fans were also head over hills with the changes and made little to no hesitation before coming in full support of the new coach.
The CU administration knew it was time to get back in the game, and they knew effective coaches won’t just lead the team out of the kindness in their hearts. So, the 30 million dollar deal and full control over the roster are the two things they offered Sanders.

For some, a 30-million-dollar price tag is way too much for a coach, but Sanders has proven again and again in the last few months how ruthless and effective he can be. Since his takeover, he has already transferred 80 players to other universities, with almost 30 more in the transfer portal. But he also brought in top-of-the-list players from his former college, Jackson County, to put together the No. 1 transfer class in the country.
