The Green Bay Packers and the Detroit Lions are on their way to facing each in a must-win game. The Packers and their rivals are both 8-8 and would need to win the game in order to save a spot in the playoffs. Elite quarterback Aaron Rodgers, however, disrespected his future rivals after he and his team won against the Vikings. To take early revenge, a rookie for the Lions wrote some mean words on an A-Rod jersey. This became an ‘OMG moment’ for all the fans on Twitter.

The Lions are facing a playoff drought and have not advanced to one in thirty years. Therefore, what Rodgers said about them could become the fuel that would ignite a fire in them. It started in Week 9 when the future Hall of Famer embarrassingly lost against Detroit. To let off his anger, he did not mince his words and said, “We can’t lose a game like that against that team, no.” Then after the game against the Vikings, the QB said that “it’s not the Same Old Lions” but it would be interesting to face them on Sunday.
This angered the rookie pass rusher James Houston, who said that when someone talks “smack” it is better to channel the anger in the game.

Detroit was treated like a doormat for a long time, but maybe writing “Fu*k you cheesehead” on the 38-year-old’s jersey gave him some hope. Fans were also interested in what the passer did and thus, they expressed their opinions.
