The 2020 NFL season has served up its fair share of surprises over the last 16 weeks. The fall of the Dallas Cowboys, the rise of Baker Mayfield-led Cleveland Browns and the ongoing dominance of the Green Bay Packers are a few highlights from the ongoing season. But another surprise package is Brian Flores-coached Miami Dolphins.

Tua Tagovailoa and Co, are second in the AFC East behind Josh Allen-led Buffalo Bills. The Bills secured their first AFC East title in 24 years. Meanwhile, Bill Belichick’s New England Patriots failed to qualify for the NFL playoffs for the first time since 2008. They head into Week 17 needing a win to seal a spot in the post-season and coach Flores is taking no chances.

Brian Flores prepared for the worst ahead of the Buffalo Bills clash

As of today, the Miami Dolphins have a 10-5 record in the league. It would be fair to say that they have definitely surpassed expectations this season. But they still need a win to secure the number 5 seed in the AFC for this year’s playoffs. Head coach Brian Flores expects the Bills to field a strong team on Sunday as they aim to bag the number 2 overall seed.

The last time these two teams met, it was the Bills who walked away with a narrow 28-31 win at the Hard Rock Stadium. But with Tua Tagovailoa and Ryan Fitzpatrick both firing on all cylinder, coach Flores will back his team to pull off an important win.

The likes of Josh Allen and Stefon Diggs won’t make things easier for the Dolphins. But the visitors will back themselves to come through. Whatever you do, don’t miss out on this matchup in Week 17.
