Miami Dolphins Coach Brian Flores Wary of Buffalo Bills Threat in Week 17

The fall of the Dallas Cowboys, the rise of Baker Mayfield-led Cleveland Browns and the ongoing dominance of the Green Bay Packers are a few highlights from the ongoing season. But another surprise package is Brian Flores-coached Miami Dolphins.

Tua Tagovailoa and Co, are second in the AFC East behind Josh Allen-led Buffalo Bills. The Bills secured their first AFC East title in 24 years. Meanwhile, Bill Belichick’s New England Patriots failed to qualify for the NFL playoffs for the first time since 2008. They head into Week 17 needing a win to seal a spot in the post-season and coach Flores is taking no chances.

As of today, the Miami Dolphins have a 10-5 record in the league. It would be fair to say that they have definitely surpassed expectations this season. But they still need a win to secure the number 5 seed in the AFC for this year’s playoffs. Head coach Brian Flores expects the Bills to field a strong team on Sunday as they aim to bag the number 2 overall seed.
