Not many NFL fans would have predicted that Mike Tomlin’s Pittsburgh Steelers outfit would enter Week 12 with a 10-0 record. Ben Roethlisberger and Co. made their way to their 10th win of the season over the weekend.

The Steelers registered a clinical 3-27 win over AFC South strugglers Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday. Once again, it was quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, who stood out with his impressive play-calling abilities in the middle.

But can the Steelers continue this logic-defying run of wins, or is their luck bound to run out soon?

How underrated is the Pittsburgh Steelers’ Head Coach Mike Tomlin?

Speaking to the press yesterday, coach Mike Tomlin looked like he was in his element. The Super Bowl-winning boss is looking forward to the Steelers’ upcoming Thanksgiving day outing against the Lamar Jackson-led Baltimore Ravens.

He said, “As a young guy, I grew up watching football on the holidays. It’s an honour for us to entertain our fans and entertain fans in general.”

Furthermore, Tomlin spoke about his short-term goals for his team before reaching post-season.

“We want to be the team that everybody in our division points at and circles on their calendar…We don’t want to run away from it, we want to run it,” Tomlin said via Aditi Kinkhabwala.

The Steelers are yet to taste defeat in 2020. They remain at the top of the AFC North Division table with the Ravens in 2nd place. The last time these 2 teams met in Week 8, it was the Steelers who walked away with a 24-28 win at the M&T Bank Stadium.

Coach Tomlin will be more than confident that his determined group of players including rookie Chase Claypool, Eric Ebron and JuJu Smith-Schuster can add to the team’s win tally.
