Heated moments have always been a part of any physical contact sport but crowd involvement is quite rare. In a recent football game, people from the crowd could be seen trading punches. However things took a brutal turn when one of the guys turned unconscious on the spot. It was not a fatal injury but the whole thing became like a classic MMA fight where people were throwing punches.

Sucker Punch from Behind and Instant Knockout

In a recent twitter video posted by @FightMate, two guys could be seen indulging in a fist fight where the small guy has the first opportunity and he is just able to knock the sunglasses off of the bigger guy. This turns the bigger one angry as he lands a punch on him. Things take an ugly turn when a person in a white t-shirt, sucker punches the slim guy from behind and he instantly goes unconscious.

The whole incident looked like a classic MMA fight as knockouts are the most deadly part of it. Knockout is a person being unconscious after a severe punch lands on him. The slim guy turned unconscious, as he didn’t expect the attack from behind. The guy in white t-shirt hits him with two punches. The first impact was not that good, however the second one is nasty and left him unconscious.

Though the whole thing was pretty ugly, it was nowhere close to what happened a few years back on-field in the NFL game.

Oppositions Trading Punches Mid-Game

Back in 2010, Andre Johnson of Houston got into a fight with Cortland Finnegan of Tennessee. Finnegan, who was considered as one of the dirty players of the league was brought down by Johnson. Both the players fought each other, and Johnson, after getting hold of Cortland’s helmet, threw it away.

Both the players were ejected from the game after the event, but people considered Johnson to be the clear winner as he didn’t allow Cortland to continue with his dirty deploys.

Such serious fights happening during sports such as football in the crowd are not to be taken lightly. Off late, there are many incidents of vandalism and fights happening on the stadiums of sports such as soccer, football, etc. It’s sad to see that people do not maintain the decorum of the very sport that they are in to cheer and celebrate for.
