As they say, it’s just the Billionaire things! The Patriots owner Robert Kraft made headlines again after purchasing the most expensive condominium in the upscale city of Palm Beach, South Florida. This new addition came just months after the Billionaire got married to a 47-year-old doctor, Dana Blumberg, in Lower Manhattan.

The year 2022 has been quite delightful for the 81-year-old businessman who began a new chapter of life. His compassion for owning exotic real estate properties started a long-time ago. Meanwhile, this penthouse happens to be a major investment in his diverse portfolio, draining up almost $23.75 million from his pocket.

Kraft boasts a net wealth of $10.6 billion and certainly affords to purchase such expensive condos across the country. One of the prime highlights of this penthouse is that it is directly located on the beach facing the ocean making it one of the exclusive properties in South Florida.

This property was initially owned by an oil and gas executive, Erving Wolf. Unfortunately, he died in 2018, and his wife passed away this September.

Their daughter-in-law Maya Lin carried out the sales and handed over the property to Kraft. Apparently, she happens to be a well-known architect in the country who had previously contributed to the design of Washington’s Vietnam Veterans Memorial,

The Wolfs initially bought this property for $6 million in 2000, which roughly accounts for $10.58 million in today’s value, per the New York Post. They listed this property for a whopping $26.5 million in 2018. And now Dana Koch of the Corcoran Group, who worked as a mediator, finalized the deal for $23.75 million.

The 5000 feet condo has luxurious amenities, including four bedrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, a large 1300 sq. foot terrace, and a grand library. Interestingly, this penthouse is one of its kind and stands as one of the expensive purchases behind Robert Kraft’s $43 million property in Southampton.

Robert Kraft got married for the second time

After losing his first wife, Myra Kraft, due to cancer in 2011, the Billionaire found love in Dana Blumberg. They dated since 2019 before officiating their marriage in a surprise ceremony this year.

It was a private ceremony in the presence of just 250 specially invited guests from the celebrity world. Former Patriots quarterback and Seven-time Super Bowl Champion Tom Brady attended the wedding event.

Being a high-profile ceremony, popular singer Elton John performed at their wedding, making the occasion more delightful. Kraft and Blumberg’s bond continues to grow stronger than ever.
