Now, she has shared yet another post, which is drawing heartfelt reactions from netizens.

No fan of Patrick Mahomes is unfamiliar with Randi Mahomes. The KCC QB is what he is‌ because of her. But who is the man behind Randi Mahomes?

The idol behind Patrick’s idol

Randi Mahomes took to Instagram to share a picture of her chilling with her dad, Randi Martin. Pat’s Mom can be seen reclining on a couch with a bright smile on her face and Pat’s grandfather, sitting with a serious face. It seems that Randi’s Dad still has not gotten used to being photographed for social media. The post was captioned, “Evening with my dad and Mia 😌”. Since Mia cannot be seen in the frame, we are assuming she is behind the lens and took the endearing photograph.

The comments section was soon flooded with netizens complimenting the picture and reminiscing about memories with their own parents. 

Fans react to Randi Mahomes

One user tried to empathize with Randi by saying that both had lost one of their parents. While the user had lost their father, Randi had lost her mother. @osfan19721 said, “God Bless You Randi! We are the opposite. I have my Mother and Lost my Dad, You have your Father still and no mother. Believe me I know the pain of losing a parent. My Father died in 2008 and seems like yesterday”

Another user credited Randi Martin with being responsible for Patrick’s calmness and coolness on the field and off the field. @jon_john80 said, “Well I can see where Big Pat get his coolness from”

@coastlineconcierge was impressed with the fact that in spite of being the mother of one of the greatest QBs of all time, she was humble and unassuming. They commented, “You are so down to earth!! 😍”.

@juscallmevinny said that owing to his age and belonging to a legendary sports family, he must have a treasure trove of stories to tell. “I bet he has some awesome stories!”
