NFL GOAT Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen were quite the perfect ‘It’ couple. The duo shared a remarkable journey of 13 years together in marriage, before heartbreakingly deciding to part ways last October. From their first meeting in 2006 to sharing a family of three wonderful children, calling off a decade of marriage is difficult in its own ways. But the duo has remained mature about the situation, as they continue their life post their split.

Years before the heartbreaking split, Gisele Bundchen wrote about the three qualities that made Tom the perfect life partner for her.

Gisele Bündchen on Brady’s remarkable qualities 

In her book ‘Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life’, Gisele Bündchen wrote about how she loved the fact that she could trust TB12 during their relationship. She had never known the feeling of having someone she could depend on until Brady came along. She further said that Tom brought stability, and they both shared the same values that helped them build a family together in their 13 years of marriage before the divorce.

Gisele wrote, “We both complement each other. Our values are similar. We’re both disciplined in our daily routines and habits. We’re both committed to good health and good nutrition. My husband is rational, analytical, and a man of few words. I’m emotional, intuitive, changeable, and a woman of many words. I’ve learned a lot from Tom.”

Despite their heartbreaking separation, both Gisele and Tom are still on good terms, as they are working together to co-parent their three wonderful children, keeping them on top of their priority list.

Life after the end of their marriage

After their divorce last October, both are moving ahead with their own lives. Tom has gone on to retire from professional football finally, as he slows down to take a step back and enjoy building a connection with his children. He still keeps his connection with the world of sports, as he invested in the WNBA team the Las Vegas Aces. Apart from this, he also collaborated with the HERTZ-sponsored JOTA sports car team. On the other hand, Gisele is making a comeback with her modeling career after her divorce. She kick-started her resurgence with a Louis Vuitton campaign.

While the duo navigates through this new phase in their lives, it seems like they will always share a healthy relationship with each other to provide the best for their children in the coming years.
