And the Dallas Cowboys legend has also battled with a media trial. Amid all the commotion, a fan shared a wholesale interaction between his son and the Hall of Famer wide receiver.

Irvin has denied all the allegations and is fighting them in a court of law. But watching the interaction will surely bring a smile to his otherwise worried face.

A fan shared a video of his son interacting with the legendary Cowboys wide receiver Michael Irvin. The fan thanked Irvin for taking his time for his son and revealed that the boy still remembers the day it happened.

“Michael Irvin has always been good to his fans out here! My son still remembers this! Thank you #playmaker #michaelirvin #88,” the fan wrote in a tweet accompanying the video of the interaction.

In the video, Irvin is playing with a boy in what looks like a game setting. And the smile on the boy’s face reveals how much he loved meeting his hero and interacting with him.

The video comes amid the explosive media trial that the Hall of famer is facing after sexual harassment allegations against him. While Irvin has denied the allegations, the law is taking its own course in the case. He also has a defamation lawsuit going on against the employers of the accuser.

A Super Bowl Fallout and $100 Million Lawsuit

The allegations against Michael Irvin came in the early part of February before the Super Bowl. An employee of the Marriott Hotel in Phoenix, Arizona alleged that the former wide receiver sexually harassed her during their interaction in the bar.  Irvin was in Phoenix as a part of the Super Bowl coverage team. After that, ESPN and the NFL Network removed him from the big game.

In retaliation, he filed a $100 million defamation lawsuit against Marriott. And he also played the video of the interaction with his accuser in front of the media. And the video doesn’t really make any case against him if not for him.

It doesn’t have any audio to it but according to Irvin’s lawyer Levi McCathern, there is no doubt after watching it that the three-time Super Bowl champion is innocent. What will be the outcome of the case? But fans haven’t abandoned their idol, not just yet.
