Despite their differences and divorce back in October 2022, Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen have never let any of that affect their relationship with their children. Instead, they have always kept them at the top of the priority chart. And, going by the sacrifices made, it is true for Gisele more than for her former NFL quarterback husband. In an interview, the supermodel opened up about the kids and the importance of family to her.

The Brazilian supermodel put an iconic fashion career on hold just to be a mother to her two children and enabled Brady to win seven Super Bowl championships on the way. And now that Brady is retired, the roles have conveniently reversed as Gisele staged a stunning fashion comeback. Either way, the kids remain the primary concern.

This month, the former Victoria’s Secret supermodel spoke candidly from Costa Rica in an exclusive interview with Vanity Fair correspondent Michelle Ruiz. And besides touching on several touchy topics, like her 2022 divorce, she also finally broke her silence about her FTX fraud involvement. However, the children formed the foundation of every conversation for Gisele Bündchen.

Brady and Gisele are proud parents of Benjamin and Vivian Lake. However, Gisele also shares a special relationship with the former New England Patriots QB’s first son from his previous relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan, Jack. It was Jack who awakened Gisele’s desire to be a mother. Then Benny came in 2009 and Vivian arrived in 2012, both borne via a water bath in Boston.

My world was them. Do you know how grateful I am that I got that time for myself? I breastfed my kids until they were almost two years old. I was taking them to school every day. And I was making them breakfast and lunch. I was there,” she said in the interview.

Tom Brady is also doing his part after retirement

Gisele has obviously influenced Benjamin and Vivian Lake more than the more absent TB12. And Vivian has even followed her mother’s equestrian habits, besides being able to unlock Gisele’s phone with her face. Benny doesn’t seem to have the NFL bug either, much to Brady’s disappointment. However, ever since retirement, Tom has been spending quality time with the kids without bringing football into the equation.

TB12 went on a skiing trip with the three kids, something that happens to be a passion for 13-year-old Benjamin. The ex-Tampa Bay Buccaneers signal-caller also refuted claims of a comeback as he is presently busy tending to Vivian’s new pet kitten.

Although his eldest, Jack, is on the path to becoming the new quarterback in the family, Tom was supremely impressed with Benny and Viv doing cartwheels recently.

Gisele and Tom settled their divorce proceedings amicably last year. This included agreeing on a joint custodial co-parenting plan for the kids. And despite the separation, Bündchen and Brady both chose to build their future Miami homes right across each other to help the kids adjust. Just goes on to show that the former power couple is ready to put their children above everything.
