With the announcement of the ‘Era’s Tour’, Taylor Swift marked her first string of shows since nearly half a decade ago, in 2018. While the excitement for the concerts has been off the charts, Swift’s chart-topping music has attracted more than just her die-hard ‘Swifties’. Over the last week, none other than the New York Jets’ latest in-house acquisition, Aaron Rodgers, made an appearance at Swift’s May 26th concert at MetLife stadium in New Jersey. But, there is something strange happening with the attendees.

While the weird clash of the NFL world with the fanbase of Taylor Swift has swept the internet, it seems like fans at the concert have been swept by a bizarre issue. Just a few days after Swift’s sold-out show at MetLife stadium rocked New York, many fans have fallen victim to a mysterious health issue stemming from the fateful night of the concert.

While Swift’s performance was a blazing success, in the aftermath of the show, many fans fell victim to an amnesia-like sickness. Just hours after attending the concert, many fans of the artist complained about forgetting the entire songs and sequences performed during the show. It is understandable that with the length of the concert, it is possible for fans to not remember certain parts of the show.

But many fans registered an eerily similar complaint of forgetting entire segments of the show just minutes after they had happened. While many experts have suggested that the truth behind this ‘mystery amnesia’ is a case of sensory overload owing to the magnitude of the event, it still remains an eerie coincidence, to say the least. 

Aaron Rodgers unites pop and football with the concert appearance 

Taylor Swift’s New Jersey concert served up a power-packed performance for the thousands of fans in attendance, including stars from across the globe. While many superstars like musical sensation Ice Spice and Hollywood star Gal Gadot also made their appearance, the unexpected visuals of Aaron Rodgers at the Concert turned out to be the highlight of the show. 

Rodgers’ appearance was especially surprising, as the Jets’ new QB was seen jamming out to Taylor Swift’s songs, uniting the diverse fanbases of Rodgers and Taylor Swift. The 4x NFL MVP has become a regular within the bustling nightlife of New York City, ever since he was traded over a month ago. His appearance at the concert is just another look into the QB’s rejuvenated life after moving on from his longtime home, Green Bay Packers.
