NBA legend Magic Johnson has been a busy man ever since he became a minority owner of the Washington Commanders in the NFL. He became a part of Josh Harris’ ownership group and bought the team from Dan Snyder for a record $6.05 billion. The deal has already made quite a few heads turn, and the fans are expecting a turnaround, or should one say magic, from the 5-time NBA champion.
The Harris-Johnson partnership means the start of a new era for the Commanders, who last won the NFL way back in 1992. The team failed to make it to the playoffs last season as well. With Johnson already making it clear that he has invested in the NFL to win, the fans already have recommendations for the former Los Angeles Lakers legend.
