It’s a well-known fact that football players wear their tempers on their sleeve while on the field. Don’t believe us? Ask LA Rams’ defensive star Jalen Ramsey and New York Giants wide receiver Golden Tate. Both the players were involved in a nasty on-field skirmish during Sunday’s Week Four encounter at the SoFi Stadium.

Jalen Ramsey – Golden Tate come to blows after LA Rams beat the Giants on Sunday

Rams cornerback Jalen Ramsey and Giants wide receiver Golden Tate share a strained relationship. Ramsey was married to Tate’s younger sister in the past. However, he decided to get involved with a dancer from Los Angeles while his wife was pregnant.

Of course, Tate wasn’t too happy about this development and made that known to the public through an interview. “I’m not happy at all with the disrespect that he’s shown towards my sister, and the things he’s done in the past, but I don’t really want to go too much into it.”

Their on-field battle was surprising, but not unexpected. Tempers were flaring before the game could even begin; Ramsey’s spinebreaking tackle on Tate during the game must’ve just added fuel to the fire.

Both players could not be separated at the end of the game as they ultimately came to blows on the field at the SoFi Stadium itself.

As per further reports, it emerged that Ramsey was waiting outside the Giants’ locker room to confront Tate after their on-field brawl. There is certainly a lot still left to be said between both the players.

However, this matter will now be resolved outside the football field. We have a feeling we’ll be hearing something more about this issue in the coming days. Watch this space for more.
