Kyle Van Noy of the New England Patriots had a terrific night in Atlanta for the team. The 30-year-old NFL veteran combined for eight tackles in the triumph, including two sacks. He also returned an interception 35 yards for a touchdown late in the fourth quarter, putting the game out of reach for the Patriots. Overall, the LB delivered a flawless performance.

After the match, the linebacker spoke to the NFL media, breaking down the match. While speaking to the presentation party, an upset Atlanta Falcons fan hurled abuse at him. The New England Patriots player was taken aback with this ambush. Luckily for him, the player spontaneously came up with an epic come back which stunned everyone.

The curse words by the fans were picked up live on air. Hearing this, Van Noy immediately said, “Whoa whoa whoa, calm down.” The two-time Super Bowl champ then followed it up with a personal dig at Falcons fans: “I’d be mad too, you go from a 28-3 loss.” BURN!

For those who do not know the context, let me re hash it to you. Fans of the Patriots and Falcons will recall the Super Bowl LI score, in which New England came back from a 25-point deficit to capture their fifth championship. Atlanta led 28-3 at the half, but they wasted the advantage and had to watch Tom Brady and the Patriots offence come alive in the fourth quarter. The Patriots won Super Bowl LI by a score of 34-28.
