Recently, New Orleans Saints coach Sean Payton spoke during an Instagram Live chat. He recounted the tale of one of the team’s video conferences, where rapper Snoop Dogg appeared as a special guest. He also spoke about Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ new recruit, Tom Brady and his shenanigans in the city.

Speaking about the conference call itself, Payton had to put pictures of all the new players on the screen. However, he had not done it for all the new recruits. He said, “I haven’t done that yet with the rookies b/c I don’t want them to get the abuse. … I don’t want it to be like Animal House.”

With regard to the ongoing coronavirus crisis, Payton is confident that the NFL will kick off, at least by fall. However, he does not know if they will play behind closed doors or not. He also spoke about an incident involving Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ Tom Brady. Clearly, Brady’s patience is wearing thin and he cannot stand being cooped up for too long.

What else did he say about Tom Brady?

Both Payton and Tom Brady are pretty good friends away from the football field. Even though they represent different teams, they always enjoy ribbing each other and engaging in banter.

Apparently, when he texted Brady, he wrote ‘Hashtag, keep the cannons quiet.’

Not to be outdone, Tom Brady quipped back, ‘You guys are the favorites. We’re the underdogs.’

To be perfectly honest though, Brady is in one of the most formidable line-ups. Especially since he is partnering Rob Gronkowski and the two of them together are capable of wreaking havoc.
