Veteran Jets defensive star reveals his plan to stop Tom Brady

Ahead of the Jets‘ dignity salvaging clash against the Bucs, veteran Jets defensive tackle Sheldon Rankins revealed an interesting plan to tackle the GOAT. Rankins suggested that the best way to overcome Brady‘s aura is to not put him up a pedestal in your mind.

“At the end of the day, football is football,” Rankins said on Monday. “He is Tom Brady but you’ve got to treat him like a nameless, faceless guy and go out there and go through your progressions, go through your keys and play football the way you’ve played football your whole life.”
