He said, “You don’t leave an organization you’ve been with for 20 years, an organization in which you’ve been to 9 Super Bowls, in which you’ve won 6 Super Bowls simply to go play in the Playoffs. You don’t leave that organization to accomplish less.”

Acho added that Brady’s best accomplishments were clearly in New England. He had one of the best coaches in NFL history in Bill Belichick to mentor him and guide him to 6 Super Bowl titles.
He explained the same using an analogy for the average person. He believes that like Brady, any human being would want to move forward in the world.

He added, “You leave an organization with the greatest football coach of all time, where you have accomplished the greatest achievements of all time to go accomplish the same.
“You don’t leave to go get worse. Think about anybody in the working world. You leave to take a vertical move. You leave to take a vertical step up…”

Acho concluded by saying that Brady did not sign with Tampa Bay to have a vacation. He believes that Brady wants to win another Super Bowl title and get his hands on the Lombardi trophy. Because of Brady’s ambition, he suggests that it is ‘Super Bowl-or-bust’ for him and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

“Tom Brady did not leave New England to achieve less. He left to once again be on a billboard, to hoist the Lombardi. So, Super Bowl-or-bust is absolutely the right mentality. Because it is everyone’s mentality who wants to achieve greatness.”
